Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MarriageInc mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
Description of Service
MarriageInc is a marriage wellness application designed to help couples strengthen their relationships through various tools and features including love tank tracking, marriage meetings, honey do lists, emotional intimacy exercises, date planning, and reminder systems.
User Accounts and Data
Data Storage Permission
By using MarriageInc, you expressly grant us permission to store, process, and maintain your personal data and relationship information on our secure servers. This includes but is not limited to your account information, relationship data, meeting notes, love tank levels, task lists, and any other information you provide through the App.
Data Usage Restrictions
We commit to the following restrictions regarding your data:
- No Data Sales: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for any reason.
- Limited Marketing Use: We will only use your data for direct marketing communications related to MarriageInc services and features.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We will not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
- Service Improvement: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services and develop new features.
User Responsibilities
As a user of MarriageInc, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of your partner's information
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
Intellectual Property
MarriageInc and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App without our express written permission.
Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarriageInc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MarriageInc operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
